Construction of recreational and sports facilities for the sailing base in Gdańsk Jelitkowo (plot no. 16, cadastral district 008) 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of recreational and sports facilities for the sailing base in Gdańsk Jelitkowo (plot no. 16, cadastral district 008) at ul. Jelitkowska 10. The basic elements of the facilities will include: changing rooms with washrooms and sanitary facilities for training participants (men’s and women’s), facilities—coaches’ room, coaches’ facilities, a hangar for water equipment (boards of various types, small boats, sails, etc.). It is planned to locate them in 2 built-up structures— a support facilities building in container technology and an equipment warehouse in a steel structure. It is necessary to carry out tree/vegetation removal and to develop the investment site, including the construction of internal roads, pavements, paths, approach routes, edging/curbs, and parking lots.
