TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a social infrastructure facility in the territory of the Lipnica municipality 1. The subject of the contract is “Construction of a social infrastructure facility in the territory of the Lipnica municipality”. The scope of works includes the construction of a social infrastructure facility for training and supported housing, together with the necessary site development and the furnishing of the building, including apartments. As part of the works, 5 supported apartments and 1 training apartment will be created. The works include site development by paving paths, entrances and driveways, sidewalks. Planting greenery, installation of outdoor equipment, benches and rubbish bins. The building infrastructure will be equipped, inter alia, with a heat pump and photovoltaic panels. The facility will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — solutions ensuring access for persons with disabilities, and for elderly persons.
