Construction of a warehouse facility for purposes related to storing equipment used for the protection of the public 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation, using the “design and build” formula, of the task entitled: “Construction of a warehouse facility for purposes related to storing equipment used for the protection of the public”. As part of the undertaking, it is assumed: a) Demolition of a basement warehouse located on plot No. 1273/366 at ul. Okólna 1 in Miasteczko Śląskie, on the basis of the Demolition Design for the basement warehouse, approved by the Starost (County Executive) of Tarnowskie Góry on 17.07.2026, by the Certificate accepting without objection the notification No. BA.6743.2.20.2026 dated 03.07.2026. • The demolition design for the basement warehouse together with the cost estimate documentation was prepared by DELTOID Architectural Studio Michał Wręczycki. b) Preparation of complete design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, exercising author’s supervision, and performing construction works with respect to a warehouse hall building, intended for storing materials/equipment as…
