Construction of an internal municipal road section, ul. Bryzy in Tarnowo Podgórne 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of an internal municipal road section, ul. Bryzy, on plots no. 1292/32, 1291/3, cadastral unit 0016 Tarnowo Podgórne, in the town of Tarnowo Podgórne. 2. The scope of works of the project forming the subject of the procedure is described in detail in the project documentation, the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, and the bill of quantities for the road, electrical and installation industry. Any catalogue items have been provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the preparation of cost estimates – their use for valuation is not mandatory. The technical specifications, the bill of quantities and the design form an annex to these specifications. The quality requirements for elements constituting the subject of the contract have been described in the project documentation, in particular in the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works. 3.
