Construction of a water supply network section in Kłomnice, Janaszowska Street 1. The subject of the contract is: “Construction of a water supply network section in Kłomnice, Janaszowska Street”. 2. The scope of works includes in particular: 1) construction of a water supply network section with a diameter of ɸ125 x 11.4 PE and a length of 349.50 m 2) In the event of discrepancies between the content of the design documentation and the content of the technical specification for execution and acceptance of the works, it is established that the provisions of the design documentation prevail. 3) In the event of discrepancies between the content of the design documentation and the bill of quantities in the contractor’s cost estimate, it is established that the provisions of the design documentation prevail. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is described in: design documentation, technical specification, bill of quantities, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
