Construction of an outdoor ice rink at the Nowodworski Sports and Recreation Centre in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki 1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive design and execution of construction-and-installation works as part of the project entitled: “Construction of an outdoor ice rink at the Nowodworski Sports and Recreation Centre in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki”, co-financed from the funds of the Physical Culture Development Fund, administered by the Minister of Sport and Tourism. 2. The construction of the outdoor ice rink at the Nowodworski Sports and Recreation Centre in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki shall be carried out using the “design and build” system. 3. The subject of the contract is comprehensive preparation of full-industry design documentation, obtaining all administrative decisions, opinions and arrangements required by law, and then implementation of the full scope of construction-and-installation works together with delivery of equipment, devices and operating machines.
