TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of street lighting in Grudzielec Nowy, Raszków commune – STAGE I 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of street lighting in Grudzielec Nowy, Raszków commune under Stage I, including, inter alia: − construction of a cable line — length approx. 1 117 m − installation and erection of streetlight poles in the number of 7 pcs − installation of new LED luminaires (with a remote control system with an on-going subscription for 10 years) on the poles in the number of 7 pcs 2. The detailed scope of works is included in the technical description, which consists of: − design documentation for Stage I, − bill of quantities of works, − equivalence criteria The above studies forming the description of the subject matter of the contract constitute annexes to the SWZ (specification of the contract terms). All obligations of the Contractor are included in the draft agreement attached to the SWZ (in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the SWZ).
