Construction of a playground as part of the project entitled: “Old and new yard games” (SP12 site) in Jastrzębie-Zdrój 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of an outdoor lighting installation along with the refurbishment and development of the schoolyard as part of the project entitled “Old and new yard games (SP12 site)”, including the execution of a safe surface, hardstanding made of paving stones, and the application of yard games. The investment is located on plot no. 113/3, cadastral district Jastrzębie Miasto, at Primary School No. 12 named after Jerzy Kukuczka in Jastrzębie-Zdrój at ul. Szkolna, which is owned by the Municipality of Jastrzębie-Zdrój.
