TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a car park for passenger cars in the town of Opole, ul. nad Stawem. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the construction of a car park for passenger cars at the LZS sports field in the Wrzoski district of Opole, based on design documentation prepared under the “design – build” procedure as part of the budget task “Education and security in District XII”. The scope of the works includes preparing design documentation for a car park with 20 parking spaces with a surface made of slabs of the “eco-bruk” type and full concrete paving stones, obtaining a final legally binding building permit decision, and then carrying out the construction works. A detailed description of the works falling within the scope of the contract is provided by the Functional-Utility Programme (Program Funkcjonalno – Użytkowy), which is the basis for developing the design documentation and constitutes an annex to this SWZ.
