Construction of a parking lot at Armii Krajowej Street / Boh. 14th Brigade - II PROCEDURE 1. Contract name: Construction of a parking lot at Armii Krajowej Street / ul. Bohaterów 14th Brigade. 2. The subject of the contract is: construction of a parking lot / parking spaces located at Armii Krajowej Street / Boh 14th Brigade in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, including drainage and site lighting. 3. The contract will be carried out in the “Design and Build” mode based on the Functional and Utility Programme. The Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Contracting Authority for review and approval a concept for the development of the area. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the concept. The approved concept will be the basis for obtaining the necessary consents, decisions and permits, and for carrying out construction works. 4.
