TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is a construction works contract within the meaning of the definition of the Public Procurement Law Act, covering the construction of a pavilion for the Specialist Outpatient Care Clinic in order to improve the quality and availability of healthcare services at AOS clinics and to relieve hospital care services. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the OPZ documentation (Functional and Utility Programme (FUP) with appendices) and in the DRAFT OF THE CONTRACT – constituting appendices to the SWZ. In the description of the subject matter of the contract, the contract includes: 1) Social aspects – defining the social effect that may be achieved as part of the given contract, namely improving access to healthcare services, eliminating architectural barriers and ensuring accessibility of the facility for persons with special needs, including persons with disabilities, elderly patients and children.
