Construction of a full-size football pitch with synthetic turf in Biłgoraj The subject of the investment is the construction of a sports field with synthetic turf along with accompanying infrastructure in the form of grandstands, a changing-room support building, sanitary and storage facilities at ul. Wiosenna in Biłgoraj. The investment includes comprehensive site development along with the construction of technical infrastructure, including installations and electrical power, sanitary, telecommunication networks, and the communication system layout. As part of the task, monitoring and lighting of the area and the pitch are also planned, along with the reconstruction of the raw water network and the making of connections to the designed facilities. The contract additionally includes the purchase and delivery of equipment used to maintain the sports field with synthetic turf. The detailed scope of the contract is described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ in the design documentation and the bill of quantities.
