TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of five single-family, two-unit residential buildings in a row arrangement, together with technical infrastructure and demolition of 10 garage buildings in the town of Koszyce Wielkie General description of the subject of the contract. 1) The subject of the contract is the execution of 5 residential buildings with two units, with three storeys, for purposes of social residential construction. The basic function will be the residential function, and the supplementary functions will be the garage function (open garages under the buildings) and the recreational function (green areas together with a publicly accessible recreational area). The whole will be supplemented with the necessary communication infrastructure (walkways, driveways, ramps) and technical infrastructure (construction devices, retaining walls, external installations and connections).
