Construction of a warehouse yard at ul. Dworcowa 17D in Jastrzębie-Zdrój 1. The subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the contract”) is the construction of a warehouse yard at ul. Dworcowa 17D in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by: Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Technical documentation, Annex No. 10 to the SWZ - Bill of quantities and the Site plan, which constitutes Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project documentation entitled: “Building design for changing the permit for the redevelopment of the tree yard and the construction of an aggregate stockyard with reference no. Ar.6740.161.2017 dated 8.06.2017” - prepared by the Design - Construction - Investment Office mgr inż. Arkadiusz Forysiuk. The Contractor shall carry out the subject of the contract in accordance with the above Annexes No. 9, No. 10 and No. 11 to the SWZ. 2.
