TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a manoeuvring yard at the warehouse–garage building of the JRG Nowa Dęba, together with the necessary infrastructure The task includes works: - demolition and construction works related to the extension of the manoeuvring yard (enlargement) and the renovation of the existing pavement surface, - demolition and construction works related to the replacement of the entire plot’s fencing, including a wicket gate and gates, and the installation of a barrier (boom barrier), - construction of a retaining wall for part of the fencing, - construction of a waste shelter and - construction of a shelter for an external fuel tank, - construction of soakaway wells together with separators, - execution of electrical and structural installations (power supply, lighting, monitoring, access control, Internet). The Contracting Authority gives up the construction of a service ramp for vehicles. In the area prepared to create the ramp, the pavement surface is planned to be filled with asphalt in accordance with the bill of quantities.
