TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a playground in the town of Chorzenice 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a playground in the town of Chorzenice. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Supply and installation of the following equipment: a) Playset – 1 pc, b) Integrated carousel – 1 pc, c) Trampoline – 1 pc, d) Swivelling seesaw – 1 pc, e) Bench with backrest – 2 pcs, f) Waste bin – 1 pc, g) Regulations board – 1 pc, h) Gate – 1 pc. 2) Fencing made of hornbeam shrubs, 3) Installation of a sand surface. The investment area is located within the grounds of the manor complex park in Chorzenice, which is subject to conservation supervision. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the provisions of the permit to carry out conservation works and construction works at the property entered in the register of monuments, reference WUOZ-ZZ.5142.25.2025.ESO dated 18.06.2025r., including, among other things, ensuring management over the conservation works and obtaining a permit to carry out archaeological investigations in the form of supervision and proceedings in accordance with its provisions.
