Construction of an access ramp and an internal lift in the People’s House (Dom Ludowy) in Duńkowiczki together with sanitary facilities as part of the project “Improving access to public utility buildings in the territory of the Orły Commune 12.1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the installation and construction of an access ramp and an internal lift in the People’s House (Dom Ludowy) in Duńkowiczki together with sanitary facilities as part of the project “Improving access to public utility buildings in the territory of the Orły Commune.12.2. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Other conditions relating to the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the contract—Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 12.3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor, described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting—Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.”
