Construction of an underground fire-fighting water tank in the Przejmy forest The subject of the contract is construction works consisting of: Construction of an underground fire-fighting water tank with a capacity of 50 m3 in the Przejmy forest together with technical infrastructure. The undertaking will consist of an underground tank with a water supply connection and a maneuvering yard with exits from a forest road. The subject of the contract is not divided into parts. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority waives division of the contract into parts because the subject matter is homogeneous—construction of an underground fire-fighting water tank together with strictly related technical infrastructure. Separating these elements into separate tasks would entail the risk of lack of coordination of construction works between different contractors on one construction site. In addition, dividing the contract into parts could realistically limit competition by causing a lack of interest from contractors in parts with lower values of works, since implementing such small scopes is unprofitable for them.
