“Construction of a nursery school and a children’s nursery (żłobek) — development of complete design documentation” 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of a nursery school and a children’s nursery (żłobek) in the locality of Iwkowa, Iwkowa commune, Brzesko County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, on the basis of the Functional and Utility Programme for the project in question, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: obtaining all opinions, arrangements, decisions, etc. necessary to obtain a final or definitive building permit decision and preparing the construction design, the executive design, the investor’s cost estimate, the bill of quantities, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. 3.
