Construction of a pedestrian crossing along district road No 1201N in the town of Brzydowo (plot Nos 6 and 8) 1. The subject of the contract is construction works in the scope of building a pedestrian crossing along district road No 1201N in the town of Brzydowo (plot Nos 6 and 8). 2. The subject of the contract will be performed on the basis of: the bill of quantities, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, the SWZ, in accordance with the applicable regulations, standards and construction practice. 3. The works will be carried out on the basis of a notice of works submitted to the Construction and Investments Department at the District Office in Olsztyn, pl. Bema 54.
