Construction of a pedestrian crossing along County Road No 1501N in the town of Bukwałd (at the Primary School) 1. The subject of the contract is construction works in the scope of building a pedestrian crossing along County Road No 1501N in the town of Bukwałd (at the Primary School). 2. The subject matter of the contract will be carried out on the basis of: the bill of quantities, the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, the SWZ, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and building practice. 3. The works will be carried out on the basis of a works notification submitted to the Construction and Investment Department in the District Office in Olsztyn, pl. Bema 54.
