Construction of an 15 kV cable connection together with an indoor transformer substation 15/0.4 kV type STLmb 5 x 3 for supplying the Municipal Services Establishment 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the investment task entitled: “Construction of an 15 kV cable connection together with an indoor transformer substation 15/0.4 kV type STLmb 5 x 3 for supplying the Municipal Services Establishment”.2. Place of performance: Szumów/Kłoda, Kurów municipality; in particular plot no. 321/6 – cadastral unit 0007 Kłoda and plot no. 648 – cadastral unit 0001 Barłogi, in accordance with the technical documentation.3. The subject of the contract includes comprehensive performance of construction, electrical power, earthworks, installation, measurement, commissioning and acceptance works, together with the supply of all materials and equipment, preparation of as-built documentation, and bringing the designed substation to a condition enabling it to be energised, put into operation and used for operation.
