Construction of on-site domestic wastewater treatment plants in the Krasnosielc Municipality The subject of the contract is to design, supply, install and commission 39 units of on-site domestic wastewater treatment plants under the formula “design and build”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Functional and Utility Programme—hereinafter referred to as the PFU, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The scope of the project also includes all activities and costs resulting from the description of the subject of the contract, construction work, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions required by law, admission to operation of the installed equipment, and costs related to arranging, maintaining and securing the construction site. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of the design concept and design documentation within the scope specified in the PFU, together with obtaining all necessary administrative decisions authorising commencement of construction works for the facilities, construction works related to the construction of wastewater treatment plants, and as-built documentation (post-construction inventory).
