TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Bytom 1. The subject matter of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of construction works for an investment project including the construction of a Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste in Bytom. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by project documentation constituting an attachment to these terms of reference (SWZ). This contract does not include equipment, except for a weighbridge. 3. The detailed conditions for performing the contract are set out in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Attachment No. 5 to the SWZ. 4. When submitting an offer, the Contractor grants the Contracting Authority a 60-month warranty and statutory liability (warranty against defects) for the completed construction works and for the construction materials, installations and equipment used, calculated from the date of the final handover/acceptance of the works, on the terms specified in the Draft contractual provisions.
