PART 1 OF THE CONTRACT: CONSTRUCTION, EXPANSION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CULTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES IN THE ŁAŃCUT MUNICIPALITY AS PART OF THE PROJECT STRENGTHENING THE POTENTIAL OF CULTURAL HERITAGE IN THE ROF AREA - GŁUCHÓW The task includes comprehensive expansion and reconstruction of the Cultural Centre building in Głuchów, including: 1) Demolition and preparatory works, including demolition of elements conflicting with the investment. 2) Earthworks and foundation works. 3) Structural works, concrete, masonry. 4) Works related to roofs and roof coverings, flashings. 5) Works concerning substructures, floors and flooring. 6) Works related to window and door carpentry and locksmithing. 7) Plastering works, claddings and suspended ceilings. 8) Finishing works; 9) Elevation works; 10) Works related to electrical, sanitary, telecommunication installations, CCTV, alarm systems, loop detectors, sound system and stage lighting. 11) Ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities; 12) Delivery and installation of equipment; 13) Site development including removal of conflicts with existing infrastructure, greenery.
