TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a path along Na Błonie Street - Citizen Budget, 2024 edition. 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a path along Na Błonie Street - Citizen Budget, 2024 edition. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 4 to the SWZ (bill of quantities, design documentation and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works). In the event that the SWZ appendices include a manufacturer’s name, the products may be replaced with equivalent ones. 3. For the completed construction works, materials and equipment, the Contractor is required to provide a minimum of 36 months of warranty. The warranty period for the completed construction works, materials and equipment (for assessment under criterion 2) must be indicated in the tender form, provided that it must be stated in months, and extension of the warranty period must relate to 12-month periods (e.g., 48 months, 60 months - not more than 60 months). 4. The Contractor is required to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
