BIDDERS JOINTLY APPLYING FOR THE AWARD OF A PUBLIC CONTRACT. 1. Bidders may jointly apply for the award of a public contract. In such a case, Bidders jointly applying are obliged to establish an attorney/proxy to represent them in the procedure or to represent them in the procedure and to conclude the contract for the subject public contract. Any correspondence will be conducted by the Contracting Authority exclusively with the attorney/proxy. 2. The condition concerning authorisations to carry out a specific business activity or profession referred to in Article 112(2)(2) of the Pzp Act (if it has been formulated) shall be deemed fulfilled if at least one of the Bidders jointly applying for the contract holds the authorisations to carry out a specific business activity or profession and will perform the construction works for which those authorisations are required. 3.
