TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a water supply network and a sanitary sewer network in Serdeczna Street and Ogrodnicza Street in Żory. The scope of the contract is described in section 4 of the SWZ titled “Description of the subject of the contract”. 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract were specified in the design documentation attached to the SWZ, together with a certificate stating that there are no grounds to raise an objection regarding the notification of construction, building permits, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works. 3. The Contractor is required to carry out the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is required to carry out the subject matter of the contract in accordance with applicable standards and technical knowledge, as specified, inter alia, in the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 524, as amended), while ensuring due diligence, appropriate work organization, and compliance with the OHS rules. 1.
