TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Part No 1 of the contract includes the implementation of 3 investments, divided into the following tasks: 1) Task No 1: Expansion of the water supply network and the sanitary sewage network in the area of Przyjazna Street in Kiełpino – Stage I, 2) Task No 2: Expansion of the water supply network and the sanitary sewage network in the area of Przyjazna Street in Kiełpino – Stage II, 3) Task No 3: Construction of the water supply network and the sanitary sewage network in the area of Rybacka Street in Prokowo. 2. The Contractor carrying out construction works within the scope of the individual Parts of the contract shall be obliged to ensure their parallel execution using at least 1 work-and-equipment team. Each team shall consist of 5 employees and 1 backhoe loader. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in the imposition of a contractual penalty. 3. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract, specifying the exact scope and quality requirements relating to at least the main elements forming the subject matter of the contract, is included in the technical documentation constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
