Scope of the contract: construction of a water supply network Ø 110 mm made of PE 100RC SDR17 PN 10 pipes, length 295 m, including connection to the DN100 distribution water main located in the road plot no. 1353 – ul. Zielona in the town of Smardzewice. 2. Location: cadastral district no. 13 Smardzewice, land plots nos. 1236/7, 1291/8, 1353.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by the attachments: 1) Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – design documentation, 2) Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – bill of quantities, 3) Annex No. 9 to the SWZ – STWiORB.
