TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a water supply network in the town of Pakoszówka (stage I) 1. The subject of the contract is construction works for the investment project entitled “Construction of a water supply network in the town of Pakoszówka (stage I)”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ - the procurement specification. It consists of the following documents: 1) design documentation, 2) bill of quantities, 3) technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB). Since the remuneration will be of a cost-estimate nature, the bill of quantities attached to the SWZ is binding. The Contractor is required to prepare an offer cost estimate based on the bill of quantities received from the Contracting Authority, using the cost basis adopted by the Contractor for cost estimating, and by adding VAT tax. The offer cost estimate must be consistent with the bill of quantities and should include the basis for valuing the works, a description of the works consistent with the description included in the bill of quantities, the quantities used as specified in the bill of quantities, and a lump-sum net unit…
