TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the construction of the headquarters of the County Roads Authority together with technical infrastructure. As part of the intended project on the area of a part of plots no. ewid. 143206_5.0030.5/16 located in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Ożarów Mazowiecki municipality, it is necessary to carry out: • construction works related to the construction of a social and office building, a workshop and garage building, a salt storage building, sheds, covered and uncovered waste bins; • construction works related to the construction of new utility connections; • construction of watertight cesspools for sewage; • construction of a retention tank; • construction of a fire-fighting (ppoż) tank; • finishing works for the above-mentioned buildings together with internal installations and partial equipment; • supply and installation of OZE systems (photovoltaics, heat pump); • supply and installation of a weather station, a car weighing system, flagpoles, and a power generator; • road works (parking lots, sidewalks, access roads, fencing, barriers, gates) in accordance with the PZT; • partial felling of trees and shrubs, replacement plantings in accordance with the PZT.
