Construction of an outdoor gym at the Complex of Schools No. 1 named after Fr. Czesław Lissowski in Rypin – STAGE II 4.1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a task entitled: Construction of an outdoor gym at the Complex of Schools No. 1 named after Fr. Czesław Lissowski in Rypin – STAGE II. The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 4.1.1. development/land improvement works; 4.1.2. installation of small architecture structures; 4.2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by the documentation constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which includes: 4.2.1. site development plan; 4.2.2. architectural and construction design; 4.2.3. technical specification for the performance and acceptance of works; 4.2.4. bill of quantities (auxiliary); and Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ – drafted contractual provisions. 4.3.
