TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a square at ul. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej. 2. The scope of the contract includes execution of construction works in accordance with the building permit issued by the Mayor of the City of Białystok dated 17.04.2026, No 149/2026, reference: DAR-III.6740.1.175.2025 (Appendix No 9 to the SWZ). 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is presented in the design documentation and the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of the works prepared by ACTIVE LINE Marcin Taczalski, ul. Wojciechowska 7F, 20-704 Lublin (Appendix No 8 to the SWZ). 4. The Contractor should submit, during the procedure, any comments and reservations regarding the documentation and request that the Contracting Authority issue a decision. 5. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to grant at least a 5-year warranty for the completed works (the warranty period is subject to assessment in accordance with Section XIX of the SWZ). 6.
