TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of a task entitled: Construction of a Special Education and Upbringing Centre in Sanok – Stage II. General scope of the investment: • The Stage II investment includes, comprehensively, internal and external finishing works, installation works of all trades in the scope of internal and external installations, installation of opening joinery, site development in accordance with the design, installation of photovoltaic systems, construction of a collector for stormwater discharge to the San River, construction of an underground fire-fighting water tank (sprinkler/fire extinguishing water tank). • Supply and installation of equipment for site development elements: sports fields, recreation areas, parking spaces, lighting of the school surroundings, and external fencing. • Supply and possible installation of equipment for rehabilitation, outfitting of offices and teaching rooms, equipment for the gymnasium, equipment for the dormitory and the cafeteria.
