TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a canteen with a kitchen along with associated supporting infrastructure in Łomża. The detailed scope of the contract has been described in Annexes No 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 to the SWZ. 2. Place of performance of the subject matter of the contract: closed-off area – Al. Legionów, Łomża, warmińsko-mazurskie voivodeship. 3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the subject matter of the contract for a period of: 60 months. 4. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the supplied equipment and furnishings for a period of: 60 months. 5. The Contractor shall provide a waterproofing warranty for the reinforced-concrete structure made using the “white tank” technology, including sealing any possible leaks for the underground part of the building for a period of: 60 months. 6. Liability under the warranty period (handing-over warranty) – period: (a) for physical defects: 60 months – in accordance with Article 568(1) of the Civil Code.
