TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a canteen with a kitchen along with associated infrastructure in Łomża. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in Appendices No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 to the SWZ. 2. Place of performance of the subject matter of the contract: enclosed site – Al. Legionów, Łomża, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the subject matter of the contract for a period of: 60 months. 4. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the supplied equipment and furnishings for a period of: 60 months. 5. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for watertightness for the reinforced-concrete structure made using the “white tank” technology, including sealing any leaks for the underground part of the building for a period of: 60 months. 6.
