TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a fire-fighting well (ppoż) by the gymnasium building in Kalinowice 1. The subject of the construction contract is the construction of a deep well together with an above-ground hydrant and an electrical connection, constituting fire protection for the gymnasium building in Kalinowice. The undertaking will be carried out on plots with land-survey (geodetic) numbers 63/20 and 62/3 in Kalinowice. 1.1 The task includes, among other things: • a fire-fighting deep well with a discharge rate Qe=36 m3/h; • the well enclosure and its equipment; • a control cabinet; • an above-ground hydrant HP80; • supplying the well and the control cabinet. 1.2 The detailed type of construction works and the scope of works necessary for complete execution has been specified in the design documentation attached to the procedure, which includes: • a site development plan; • an architectural and construction design; • technical designs; • technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR); • bill of quantities as supporting material. 1.3 The subject of the contract must be executed in accordance with applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 –…
