Construction of lighting poles within the Municipality of Bytom – road reconstruction including the construction of street lighting on Piłkarska Street in Bytom 1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the road including the construction of street lighting on Piłkarska Street in Bytom. 2. The subject of the contract has been specified in detail in the following documents: 1) Construction design (hereinafter: PB) – Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ; 2) Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) – Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ; 3) Bills of quantities – Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ; 4) Draft contract provisions (hereinafter: PPU) – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 3. Materials and devices used to perform the subject of the contract should meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products approved for trading and for use in construction specified in the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law, the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products, and the requirements of the design documentation, acceptance of works, and this SWZ. 4.
