Supply and installation of furniture equipment for the district community centre in Grotowice located in Opole, Grotowice ul. Złota, cadastral district Groszowice. The Contracting Authority, on the website of the ongoing procedure, publishes in the form of downloadable files a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the contract template. The Contracting Authority does not provide for awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the present procurement procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
