Construction of a Rural Community Centre in Brzezinki in the area of the Local Action Group Dobra Widawa 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled “Construction of a Rural Community Centre in Brzezinki in the area of the Local Action Group Dobra Widawa”, in accordance with: 1) project documentation, 2) the Contractor’s offer, 3) the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority informs that the task entitled “Construction of a Rural Community Centre in Brzezinki in the area of the Local Action Group Dobra Widawa” is covered by a grant under intervention I.13.1 LEADER/Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) – the LSD implementation component under the PS WPR. 3. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Construction of a rural community centre building together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure, 2) Site development, 3) Preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of complete as-built documentation for the works carried out – 3 copies of the paper version and 1 copy of the electronic version. 4.
