Construction of a village community center in Ciopanie - phase for 2026 As part of this contract, it is planned to carry out: CONSTRUCTION WORKS: Execution: 1. Insulation of the floor with polystyrene (EPS) boards, thickness 10 cm on film (2x5 cm – the insulation boards are provided by the Investor) over an area of 87 m². 2. Concrete screeds, thickness 7 cm, over an area of 87 m², together with reinforcement with a steel mesh. 3. Internal plastering (cement-lime), omitting bathroom rooms. Plastering area: 170.00 m². 4. Suspended ceilings with G-K (gypsum plasterboard) boards over an area of 31 m², including jointing, priming and painting, mounted to joists (purlins). Above the ceilings, an OSB board must be installed (boards are provided by the Investor). 5. Insulation of the roof slopes with mineral wool, thickness 30 cm, together with installation of vapour barrier foil (including the roof above the terrace) over an area of 115 m². 6. Ceramic tiles (gres) over the entire building area together with the terrace of area 87 m², including 10 cm high skirting pieces flush with the walls. 7.
