Construction of a village community hall in Pałecznica – stage I: execution of the building to the zero state 1. The subject of the contract is construction works as part of the investment: “Construction of a village community hall in Pałecznica – stage I: execution of the building to the zero state”. 2. The subject of the contract includes performing the first stage of the investment consisting in bringing the village community hall building to the zero state, within the scope specified in this description and in the bill of quantities, in particular: 1) performing preparatory and earthworks necessary for the execution of foundations; 2) executing foundations and foundation walls of the building; 3) performing anti-moisture and anti-water insulation of the foundations and foundation walls, in accordance with the design documentation; 4) performing backfill, beddings/side-fill and compaction of the soil within the scope necessary to complete the works covered by the zero state, in accordance with the bill of quantities; 5) removing tree roots, in particular of pine and birch, from an area of approximately 2,400 m², together with hauling away the remains and tidying up the site;…
