TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Construction of a rural community hall in Pławno” The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: execution of a single-storey rural community hall building, located on a foundation slab with a compact, modern structure featuring a single-slope roof with an inclination angle of 6°, covered with standing seam metal roofing. The elevations are finished using a ventilated cladding technology, with boards installed vertically. The facility will be constructed using a wooden timber frame construction technology. The use of renewable materials and prefabrication technology limits the impact of construction on the natural environment. The main entrance leading through a wooden terrace made on a structure of wooden joists resting on a concrete foundation. Heating of the building will be provided using electric heating mats, divided into independent zones, which makes it possible to adapt heating to the current method of use of the building. The building is equipped with internal electrical and sanitary installations and will be connected to the water and sewage and electrical networks. Rainwater will be infiltrated within the plot area.
