Construction of a village community hall in Szczodrochowo The subject of the contract is: construction of a village community hall in Szczodrochowo together with the execution of the necessary technical infrastructure, internal installations, site development, and construction of a watertight tank for domestic wastewater, in accordance with the design documentation, the bill of quantities, the general technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The investment is located on plot no. 50/2, cadastral district 0019 Szczodrochowo, registration unit 300402_5 Gostyń. The project provides for the construction of a single-storey community hall building with a structure consisting of four prefabricated containers, with an area of development of 59.15 m² and a usable floor area of 54.52 m².
