Construction of a rural community centre in Zdzierczyzna 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction and assembly works and deliveries as part of the task: “Construction of a community centre in Zdzierczyzna”. 2. Investment address: 98-420 Sokolniki, Zdzierczyzna plot no. 101806_2.0012.177/1. Stage I of the investment includes the construction of the rural community centre building to the “closed shell” stage (completed load-bearing and partition walls, ceilings, complete roofing, chimneys, installed external doors and windows). Stage II includes the execution of connections, internal installations, external façades, internal plastering, finishing and equipment of the interiors, and site development around the building. 3. The contract covers the construction of a masonry, single-storey, non-basement building. The facility is designed with a multi-purpose hall with an area of approx. 55 m2, social rooms, sanitary facilities, a kitchen, and a WC. The facility is accessible for persons with disabilities through the use of ramps.
