TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a rural community hall together with site development in the town of Królewo 3.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the investment project entitled: “Construction of a rural community hall together with site development in the town of Królewo” on plot no. 100/2, cadastral district Królewo, municipality of Postomino. 3.2. The scope of works under the project includes: 1) preparation of the investment site together with securing the construction site during the performance of the contract, 2) demolition of the existing single-storey building with a volume of 391.86 m3 (made of aerated concrete blocks, plastered, with a masonry chimney, with a flat roof made of prefabricated roof truss elements covered with heat-sealing felt, fitted with PVC window joinery and a door made of PVC and wood). Management and disposal of the resulting demolition elements shall remain the Contractor’s responsibility. The Contracting Authority does not envisage leaving demolition materials at the investment site or material recovery for the benefit of the Municipality.
