Construction of a village community hall together with site development in the locality of Pcin The subject of the contract is construction works involving the construction of a freestanding building with 1 above-ground storey, without basements, in a traditional brick/masonry structure, serving as a village community hall on plot No. 51/1, cadastral district 0022 Pcin, in the locality of Pcin, Ciepielów commune, Lipski county — in accordance with the design documentation which forms an integral part of the terms of reference/specification of the procurement conditions. The Contractor shall provide all necessary documentation required by the Contracting Authority in order to commence use of the facility (protocols of tests and inspections, relevant declarations of the construction site manager, approvals and certificates for installed materials, declarations of conformity, etc.).
