Budowa systemu obsługi dofinansowań i refundacji SODiR 3.0 wraz z asystą techniczną konserwacją i rozwojem

The contract timeline is as follows:

Total Duration: The contract will run for a maximum of 48 months from the date of its conclusion.

Key Milestones and Phases:

• Zadanie 1: Implementation (Wdrożenie) of the SODiR 3.0 System: This task has a maximum duration of 22 months and 23 days from the contract date.
• Etap 1: Functional Analysis of SODiR 3.0 System: Maximum 6 months from the contract date.
• Etap 2: Construction of SODiR 3.0 System, including data migration: Maximum 14 months from the date of positive acceptance by the Employer of Zadanie 1 Etap 1.
• Etap 3: Implementation Workshops: Maximum 18 calendar days, to be agreed upon with the Employer, not earlier than the positive acceptance by the Employer of Zadanie 1 Etap 2.
• Etap 4: Production Start of SODiR 3.0 System: The Employer will set the Production Start date after the positive acceptance of Zadanie 1 Etap 2. Before this start, data migration from SODiR 2.0 and PAWOR to the Production Environment must be completed within a timeframe agreed with the Employer.
• Etap 4: Stabilization of SODiR 3.0 System in the Production Environment: Maximum 35 calendar days, counted from the production start date.
• Etap 5: Post-implementation Documentation: Maximum 20 calendar days, counted from the date of positive acceptance by the Employer of Etap 4 Zadanie 1.
• Zadanie 2: ATiK Service for SODiR 3.0 System: This task has a maximum duration of 24 months, starting from the date of positive acceptance by the Employer of Zadanie 1 Etap 4, and not extending beyond the overall 48-month contract term.
• Etap 1: ATiK Service (basic order): Maximum 6 months, counted from the date of positive acceptance by the Employer of Etap 4 Zadanie 1.
• Etap 2: ATiK Service (Option): Maximum 18 months, counted from the date the Option is activated, not earlier than the completion of Zadanie 2 Etap 1, and not extending beyond the overall contract term.
• Zadanie 3: Modifications and Development of SODiR 3.0 System: This task runs from the date of Option activation, not earlier than the positive acceptance by the Employer of Etap 4 Zadanie 1, until the termination of the Agreement or exhaustion of the working hour limit, whichever occurs first.

Information from a bank or credit union confirming the contractor's financial resources or creditworthiness of not less than PLN 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand zlotys), dated no earlier than 3 months before its submission.
