TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works (“design and build” formula) as part of the investment project entitled “Construction of a Primary School on plot no. 160/2 (formerly no. 160), plot register district Karwiany-Komorowice, Żórawina commune”, carried out on the real property located at ul. Wiosenna in Komorowice (55-020), i.e. on the land registry plot no. 160/2 with an area of 3.0118 ha (30,118 m²), created as a result of the division of plot no. 160 with an area of 4.0135 ha (40,135 m²), plot register district Karwiany-Komorowice, Żórawina commune, Wrocław district, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, with the investment area including the north-eastern part of the property with an area of approx. 1.73 ha. The division of plot no. 160 is carried out on the basis of the division design (map with the division design, GEO-BAU Jan Hutnik); until the decision approving the division becomes final, plot no. 160 remains in legal circulation – the conditions for connection to the network and other decisions issued for plot no. 160 remain valid. 3.2.
